Where do you deliver?

How does Click and Collect work?

If you live nearby and have chosen click and collect, when your order is ready an email will be sent to you with the necessary information for collection from the workshop.

There is a problem with my order, what should I do?

1 - If you made an error at the time of your purchase, you can send an email to sylvie@linsao.fr or directly here Contact

By indicating: order number, contact details and the correction to be made.

(PLEASE NOTE, this option is only useful when the order has not yet been shipped).

2- If upon receipt of your order you notice an error on my part, you also have the possibility of requesting a return, your return costs will be reimbursed to you (proof of post office/relay point). Upon receipt of the item, the new item will be returned to you free of charge.

3 - If there is a breakage when you receive your order, you have the option of making a return or requesting a refund (PLEASE NOTE, these options are only possible if the return and refund policies are respected).

What are the delivery times ?

All orders are processed within 48 to 72 hours working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receipt of your order confirmation email. You will receive a new notification when your order has been shipped, the delivery time will vary depending on the chosen service provider. Learn more with Shipping Policies

What are the shipping fees ?

Shipping costs for your order will be calculated and displayed at the time of ordering, calculated based on the weight of your order.

For orders under 200g:

We offer a flat rate of €6 for shipping costs to France with COLISSIMO .

We offer a flat rate of €2.99 for shipping costs to France with MONDIAL RELAY.

For orders from 200g to 750g:

We offer a flat rate of €7.99 for shipping costs to France with COLISSIMO .

We offer a flat rate of €4.50 for shipping costs to France with MONDIAL RELAY.

For orders from 750g to 1kg:

We offer a flat rate of €8.99 for shipping costs to France with COLISSIMO .

We offer a flat rate of €5.90 for shipping costs to France with MONDIAL RELAY.

For orders of 1,001kg and more:

We offer a flat rate of €9.90 for shipping costs to France with COLISSIMO .

We offer a flat rate of €5.90 for shipping costs to France with MONDIAL RELAY.

For orders over €69 , delivery is free .

For my candles and scented melts, I use 100% vegetable and environmentally friendly waxes.
